The rooms are available from 3 pm on arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11 am. If possible, they will be available to you beyond this time for an additional charge.

Smart-elegant. For particularly festive occasions such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve, evening wear is the right choice. For excursions and hikes, we recommend practical and comfortable clothing adapted to the weather conditions as well as sturdy shoes.
For bookings of 4 nights or more and 2 adults / or 1 adult, up to 2 children up to 8 years of age stay free of charge in the parents room. Not valid in the period from:

- 01.02.2025 – 23.02.2025
- 01.03.2025 – 08.03.2025
Valid per child and day in a double room with two full-paying adults or in a single room with one full-paying adult (single rooms are double rooms for singly use)
- 0–2 years > Free of charge
- 3–5 years > 40 EUR incl. half board
- 6–9 years > 50 EUR incl. half board
- 10–14 years > 75 EUR incl. half board
Local tax per person from the age of 15 > 3 EUR
Research fee for thermal water per person aged 15 and over > from 4 nights one-off EUR 1.10
Pets (dogs) > 17 EUR, without food (max. 1 dog per room permitted)

To avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out „Europäischen Reiseversicherung“
This option is offered to you when you make your booking via our homepage.
You can cancel your room reservation free of charge up to two, seven, fourteen or twenty-eight days before the day of arrival, depending on the booking period. For cancellations at short notice, up to 100% of the confirmed price will be charged. The latter also applies to early departures. Cancellations should be made in writing.
