The winter sports and spa town of Bad Gastein is located to the south of the Mozart- and cultural city of Salzburg. In the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park, it is the perfect retreat for wellness, experience and adventure. Our hotel is located in the valley and is well connected with public transport. The Golf Club Gastein is within walking distance, the tennis courts belong to the hotel. Let your mind wander while strolling along the Gastreiner Achenpromenade. There is an E-charging station at the hotel and plenty of parking spaces.
The rooms and suites in the Aktivhotel & Spa EUROPÄISCHER HOF are available from 3 pm on arrival. We request that the rooms are vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
If possible we can extend the time of departure for a surcharge.

The ÖBB and Deutsche Bahn will take you quickly and easily to the train station in Bad Gastein, which is about a 10-minute drive from us. Our free shuttle bus will take you from Bad Gastein station to the hotel (on request and subject to availability) and of course back again on your day of departure.
